This is one of the best games we have ever played. Being quiz fans we have always found monopoly a little boring becaus it is mostly chance. But with World Domination you get a second chance by being able to answer the question correctly to save your self. Congratz. But we have a problem because we loved it so much we have gone through pretty much all the questions. Is it possible to buy extra questions?? If not it would be a great idea and we would truely appreciate it.
Candle Comment:
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry there's no extra questions, but the 1st edition of the game is nearly sold out, so we hopefully have a 2nd edition in the future. Can you send us your email through the website?!

As a trivia-loving family, geeks, whatever you want to call us, we bought the game for Mum, the biggest trivia buff of all, for Christmas and we all agree it kicks a*** over trivial pursuit etc. Plus the added bonus of coming from the great crew at Candle. Absolutely love it, cheers!

Great game! However, from an international development point of view we were dissappointed to find that your game projects a US/Euro-centric geo-politcal bias. Why do you give the highest rewards for correct answers about America and Europe? Shake it up a bit. Challenge stereotypes. We can't wait for the edited version putting ScandAfrica on top!
Candle Comment:
The rewards and flight path is in line if you travelled the globe from Australia. We understand staff members from Oxfam would like the world to look different politically, but we can't change geography.

This game is allot of fun! I first learnt about it by playing with friends in Sydney. I searched all over Sydney for it for an Xmas present last year. I wish I'd found this web site earlier. I have enjoyed the game with my friends in Bangkok & Dad will be able to enjoy it this Xmas

We increased our family by one last year and having found that a baby dramatically reduces your social life, got tremendous value for money from this game. It is excellent and my only complaint is that it did not have Chris's autograph on it when it arrived. Hope all is well Chris, sorry i haven't made it to many candle gigs but the baby doesn't make the age restrictions at most of them. He does however enjoy listening to almost all candle CDs. Georgie

Do you have to pay the penalty to the bank if you get a question wrong in a region you own?
Candle Comment:
If you own a region and get a question wrong, there is no payment, play moves onto next player.

I heard Chris describing World Domination on local radio when he first launched the game in 2004. It sounded like the sort of game our family would enjoy – challenging questions on all types of subjects, from television trivia to world history and politics, with the goal of accumulating wealth and ultimately owning regions of the world. Santa duly delivered the game and we have spent many hilarious hours over the holidays and since then, pitting our knowledge and greed against each other! With World Domination, you can leave a game, record each player’s status and wealth, and resume the game from the same point later. Recently we have sent World Domination to a nephew in the UK for his birthday, to play during the long northern winter’s nights ahead (Candle does a great quick overseas delivery!) and we have ordered a set for the nephews here in Melbourne for Christmas. Great work Chris!

Just purchased two copies from you to take with me overseas as gifts to business associates. Perhaps this should be a marketing angle for you, Chris! Best of success with the product!
